Application now open through February 13th

Thanks for your interest. The application process is now open thanks to my partner putting it in a Google Form today. We will close the application form on February 20th and make a decision by February 27th. Please read the following introduction letter for the details of the apprenticeship and you'll find the application link towards the bottom.

Some updates:

I will be selecting 10 spots. I figure there will be attrition and that not all 10 people will make it through 6 months so we'll hopefully get 5 people across the finish line.

I've been thinking a lot about equity and I really appreciate some white queer folks saying that they are interested but don't want to take the opportunity away from others. I hope that increasing to 10 and having the two levels of apprenticeship feels equitable and inclusive. Let me know if it isn't and we can make adjustments.

I've got a lead on a sponsor that may be willing to pitch in $500 per cohort to offset startup expenses.
